Who we are
Roundwatch is run by Shubho Chowdhury, a sole trader in Australia. You can reach us at hello@roundwatch.com.au.
Information, not advice
Roundwatch gathers public information about Australian skilled migration (invitation rounds, the EOI queue, state nomination programs, processing times and the rules behind them) and shows it with its source and date. It is not immigration assistance or legal advice, and it never tells you what to do. Nothing on the site says whether you are eligible for a visa or whether you will be invited.
For advice about your own situation, see a registered migration agent (search the OMARA register (opens in a new tab)) or an Australian legal practitioner.
Check the official source
We take care to show figures exactly as they were published, but sources change, publish late or contain errors, and so can we. Community reports are what people told us: checked by a person, not verified, and marked as community data with a confidence label. Before you act on anything, check the official page linked beside it. Where we and the official source differ, the official source is right.
Your reports
When you report an invitation or share a visa timeline, you confirm that it is your own invitation or application and that the dates come from your own records. You let us keep it, check it and show its facts (never your name) on the site and in the weekly summary as community data. We may decline a report, correct a detail that is plainly wrong, or remove it.
Using the site fairly
- Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to get around its limits.
- Do not copy large parts of it automatically. If you want to reuse our data, write to us.
- Official figures belong to their publishers and keep their licences, which are credited beside them.
Independence
Roundwatch takes no commission from any college or agent, sells no leads and lists no paid agents. Links to other sites go to official sources and to the posts that reports came from; we do not control those sites.
Liability
The site is free and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from decisions made on its information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
How we handle information is in the privacy notice. We may update these terms; when we do, the date at the top changes, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@roundwatch.com.au.
